Explosive Conflict: Sign-up Information

As you may have already noticed, the guild has scheduled a sign-up for the new Operation on Sunday called "Explosive Conflict." I'd like to go over a few details about it to reassure some of you and hopefully answer a few questions.

Here are the requirements for attending the Operation:

Character on sign-up must be a level 50.
Player must be familiar with current SWTOR Operations i.e. has run Karagga's Palace and Eternity Vault at least once.
Player must be in Mumble at the scheduled Ops start time. (3pm GMT-5)
Player must have appropriate PvE gear for a Tier 2 Operation. (Recommended: At least the quality of gear to be used in a Hard mode Tier 1 Operation)

If better gear is what you seek, try the new dailies to grab some Black Hole/Campaign gear before Sunday. Also try to attend the Operations on Friday and Saturday to get a few more runs. They could help you fill multiple requirements.

If you meet these requirements please go sign-up ASAP. If you're unsure if you meet the requirements but would like to attend, please go sign-up also. Currently, we have almost enough players to fill two 8-man groups. We have enough level 50s in the guild to have at least four going at once, but that would be ideal attendance. If you have alts that can preform other roles please indicate so on the event sign-up. Ops leaders will need to know what everyone can do in order to balance the groups. Flexibility will be key to success!

Operation groups will be determined by the head Operation leaders of the guild, Angelfluttershy and Pinkie Pie. Groups will be filled for this raid based on odds of success. This means the top raiders will have priority for grouping to ensure that we can get more groups through the Operation successfully since this will be everyone's first time running this Operation on a live server. Groups will also be based on the traditional factors of class/crew skill distribution for drops. If you're not selected please don't be discouraged from signing up again for it next week where we will have a better strategy so groups can be more mixed to get other people through the new Operation.

If you cannot attend the Sunday Operation but signed up to attend, please change your status ASAP so we can quickly balance the teams. This goes for all Operations, if you do not there will be subsequent warnings and punishments.
